THE MIDLIFE SLEEP SHIFT

The nights can feel different before menopause even begins.

For some women, the transition includes more time awake at night, trouble getting back to sleep, and nights interrupted by hot flashes or temperature changes. Hormonal shifts can play a role, but sleep disruption has more than one cause.

Dream Weaver isn't a hormone treatment or a solution to night sweats. It's a convenient option for women seeking ingredient-transparent, melatonin-free sleep support alongside healthy sleep habits and appropriate medical care.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND GLYCINE

Sleep begins with a natural drop in body temperature.

As you fall asleep, your body normally releases heat through the skin. In animal studies, glycine increased skin blood flow and lowered core body temperature. Separately, small human studies found that 3 grams of glycine before bed improved measures of sleep quality.

That's why Dream Weaver includes 3,000 mg of glycine in every full serving. The temperature findings are primarily from animals, and glycine has not been shown to prevent perimenopausal hot flashes or night sweats.

WHY DREAM WEAVER

Three reasons to rethink the nightly routine.

Sleep quality support

3,000 mg glycine per serving—the amount studied in small human trials reporting improved sleep quality. Animal studies also suggest a role in the body’s natural nighttime heat-release process.

A calmer evening

200 mg of L-theanine, paired with a broader nighttime formula designed with relaxation and sleep in mind.

Nothing hidden

Eight active ingredients. Fully disclosed amounts. No proprietary blend and no added melatonin.

The complete Dream Weaver formula has not been clinically tested as a combination or specifically in perimenopausal women. Explore the ingredient science.

SIMPLE IS SUSTAINABLE

One small ritual at the end of the day.

Mix 1 scoop (8.4 g) into 6–8 oz of water and enjoy it 30–60 minutes before bed. Lemon Lullaby turns eight ingredients into one easy evening drink.

Pair it with a cool bedroom, a consistent bedtime, and a conversation with your clinician if hot flashes, night sweats, or persistent insomnia are disrupting sleep.

REAL CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

A better-night story.

“This supplement is a dream come true. It helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep, and I actually wake up feeling well-rested without being groggy. If I could hug the people who made this, I would.”

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know what you're choosing.

Will Dream Weaver stop hot flashes or night sweats?

Not based on current research. Glycine’s potential role in normal nighttime cooling is different from treating the sudden flushing and sweating of a hot flash. Dream Weaver is formulated for general sleep support, not for treating hot flashes, night sweats, or hormone-related symptoms.

Is Dream Weaver a hormone supplement?

No. It does not contain hormones or supplemental melatonin, and it isn't a substitute for personalized perimenopause care.

Can it help me stay asleep through the night?

The individual ingredients have different levels of research related to sleep, but the complete Dream Weaver blend has not been tested to establish that it prevents nighttime awakening—particularly awakening caused by night sweats.

What if I take medication or hormone therapy?

Ask your healthcare professional before use, especially with antidepressants or other serotonin-affecting medicines, because the formula contains L-tryptophan.

The evidence, clearly: Sleep changes during perimenopause are real and multifactorial. Dream Weaver's ingredient-level research should not be confused with clinical testing for perimenopausal symptoms.
