Dream Weaver: 30-day first-canister guarantee

We want you to feel comfortable trying Dream Weaver. If your first canister isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. You may open and try the canister. No physical return is required for this guarantee.

The guarantee covers one canister from your first Dream Weaver drink-mix order placed directly through neurdlabs.com. It applies to both one-time purchases and the first subscription delivery, including purchases made with our introductory subscription discount.

We refund the amount you actually paid for the eligible canister, after discounts, plus applicable tax. Original shipping charges are not refundable under the satisfaction guarantee.

Additional canisters and later orders

Unopened Dream Weaver drink-mix canisters with their original seals intact may be returned if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. This includes additional canisters in your first order and canisters from later one-time purchases or subscription deliveries.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. For these returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Once the eligible return is received and inspected, we refund the amount paid for the returned canisters, after discounts, plus applicable tax. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or has a product defect, contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Neurd Labs covers the remedy and any necessary return shipping.

How to request help

Email info@neurdlabs.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Let us know whether you are requesting the first-canister guarantee, returning unopened canisters or reporting a problem with your order.

Refund timing

We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days of approval. When a physical return is required, we review the return after receipt and inspection before approving the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Subscription deliveries

The first-canister guarantee also covers your first subscription delivery. Later subscription orders follow the unopened-canister return terms above unless a product is damaged, incorrect or defective.

If you also want to cancel future subscription deliveries, tell us when requesting your refund so we can address both requests.

For orders placed before this policy was published, we honor the return and refund terms shown when you purchased.
